Nifty Analysis for 25 Jan

  • FII sold 18.1 K contract of Index Future worth 1471 cores, Net OI has increased by 6.4 K contract 5.8 K Long contract were covered by FII and 12.2 K Shorts were added by FII. Net FII Long Short ratio at 1.46  so FII used fall to exit longs and enter shorts.
  • As discussed in Last Analysis   Now Bulls need to break 14626 for a move back to 14666/14729/14801 . Bears below 14555 can see fall back to 14490/14430/14375. All Bearish target done and Nifty did all target on downside once below 14555 a perfect Gann Price time Squaring level. Bulls need to move above 14460 for a move back to 14525/14575/14624. Bears below 14343 for a move back to 14280/14222/14166.

  • Total Future & Option trading volume at 31.2 Lakh core with total contract traded 2.18  lakh , PCR @1.03
  • Nifty Jan Future Open Interest Volume is at 1.13 Cores with liquidation of 7.8  Lakh with decrease in cost of carry suggesting short position were closed today, NF Rollover cost @13975, 
  • 14500 CE is having Highest OI at 33.4 Lakh, resistance at 14500 followed by 14600.14500-14600 CE added 44 Lakh in OI so bears added in range of 14500-14800.FII bought 7.9 K CE and 46.5 K CE were shorted by them. Retailers bought 514 K CE and 389 K  CE were shorted by them.
  • 14400 PE OI@49  Lakhs having the highest OI strong support at 14400 followed by 14300. 14400-14300 PE added 28 Lakh in OI so bulls addded position in range 14400-14500.FII bought 33.9 K PE and 11.6 K PE were shorted by them. Retailers bought 90 K PE and 142 K PE were shorted by them.
  • FII’s sold 625 cores and DII’s sold 1290 cores in cash segment.INR closed at 73.08

Buy Above 14410 Tgt 14444,14488 and 14520 (Nifty Spot Levels)

Sell Below 14343 Tgt 14310,14280 and 14255 (Nifty Spot Levels)
