Nifty Analysis Mercury goes out of Combust

  • FII bought 14.5 K contract of Index Future worth 1035 cores, Net OI has decreased by 4.6 K contract, 4.9K Long contract were added by FII and 9.6 K Shorts were covered by FII. Net FII Long Short ratio at 1.7, So FII used rise to enter longs and exit shorts.
  •  As discussed in last analysis  Today high will be very important as discussed in below video.We will see AGR Case outcome tommrow around 11:30 so trade very cautiously. Bulls need to move above 11417 for a move back to 11470/11524/11577. Bears will get active below 11309 for a move back to 11256/11203/11150. 11524 done by Bulls. Mercury is going out combust tommrow suggesting another good move coming. Bulls need to move above 11500 for a move back to 11555/11610/11666. Bears will get active below 11420 for a move back to 11373/11323/11276.

  • Total Future & Option trading volume at 19.9 Lakh core with total contract traded at 2.1 lakh , PCR @0.91
  • Nifty Aug Future Open Interest Volume is at 1.01 Cores with liquidation of 10.6 Lakh with increase in cost of carry suggesting short position were closed today, NF Rollover cost @11514 closed below it.
  • 11600 CE is having Highest OI at 36 Lakh, resistance at 11600 followed by 11700.11300-11800 CE added 11.7 Lakh in OI so bears added in range of 11700-11800.FII bought 7.6 K CE and 7.4 K CE were shorted by them. Retailers bought 12 K CE and 18.2 K CE were shorted by them. 
  • 11300 PE OI@38 Lakhs having the highest OI strong support at 11300 followed by 11200. 11300-11500 PE added 22  Lakh in OI so bulls addded position in range 11200-11300.FII bought 3.9 K PE and 12.6 K PE were shorted by them. Retailers sold 109 K PE and 76 K PE were shorted by them.
  • FII’s bought 486 cores and DII’s sold 775 cores in cash segment.INR closed at 73.16

Buy Above 11500 Tgt 11525,11555 and 11580 (Nifty Spot Levels)

Sell Below 11444 Tgt 11412,11375 and 11350 (Nifty Spot Levels)

    Mercury goes out of combust means it will start giving its effect as it has moved away from sun now?,
    in simpler terms, a planet becomes combust when it comes near the Sun at a certain degree, as its brightness, heat and light diminish the influence and power of that planet.

    Please correct me if I am wrong..
