Nifty Analysis after AAP Win in Delhi

  • FII bought 15.5 K contract of Index Future worth 1403 cores, Net OI has increased by 855 contract,8.2 K Long contract were added by FII and 7.3 K  short were covered by FII. Net FII Long Short ratio at 0.26, So FII used rise to enter longs and exit shorts.
  • As discussed in last analysis As today was important Astro date as explained in below video,Bulls need to move above 12105 for a move back to 12169/12216. Bulls were able to do 1 target on upside High made was 12172 near our 1 target of 12169 . Now Bulls need to move above 12135 for a move back to 12172/12216. Bears will get active below 12080 for a move back to 12020/11950.

  • Total Future & Option trading volume at 11.40 Lakh core with total contract traded at 1.06 lakh , PCR @0.93
  • Nifty Feb Future Open Interest Volume is at 1.35 Lakh core with liquidation of 4.5 Lakh with increase in cost of carry suggesting short position were closed today, NF Rollover cost @12149 closed below it.
  • 12200 CE is having Highest OI at 28 Lakh, resistance at 12200 followed by 12300 .12000-12400 CE added 19 Lakh in OI so bears added position in range of 12000-12100.FII bought 1.9 K CE and 873 CE were shorted by them. Retailers sold 926 CE and 500  CE were shorted by them.
  • 12000 PE OI@30 Lakhs having the highest OI strong support at 12000 followed by 11900. 12000-12200 PE added 21 Lakh in OI so bulls added position in range 12000-11800.FII bought 6.9 K PE and 3.5 K shorted PE were covered by them. Retailers bought  90 K PE and 78 K PE were shorted by them.
  • FII’s sold 209 cores and DII’s bought 344cores in cash segment.INR closed at 71.35

Buy Above 12135 Tgt 12170,12195 and 12216 (Nifty Spot Levels)

Sell Below 12100 Tgt 12075,12051 and 12025 (Nifty Spot Levels)
