    very true Sir but we may not get the required results. So if we short at 450 and by the EOD it is 440(we have to cover EOD), the next day it may gap down to 430 (example) in that scenario we may miss the downward move.

      Cash market you can always trade. I always advise traders to trade in cash market for atleast 3 years and if profitable than only venture in F&O.
