  • All prices relate to the NSE Spot/Cash Market
  • Calls are based on the previous trading day’s price activity.
  • Intraday call is valid for the next trading session only unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Stop-loss levels are given so that there is a level below/above, which the market will tell us that the call has gone wrong. Stop-loss is an essential risk control mechanism; it should always be there.
  • Book, at least, part profits when the prices reach their targets; if you continue to hold on to positions then use trailing stops to lock in your profits.

Rel infra today closed above 518. If it closes below 518 tomorrow can we take the positional trade. What is the Positional validity of this view, only for today or one week.

any 1 hour close below 250 next day close the position..

As a trader you need to develop a knack you cannot blindly follow rules set by other person.. As the emotional balance in mins differ from person to person..

its just like driving a car some driver drive rashly and some very smoothly car is same road is same traffic rules are same for everyone but attitude of driver differs.. Hope you understand the point..

    Dear Sir,

Thanks a lot for all your calls on stocks and also your analysis on Nifty and Bank Nifty.

I have one question to ask. For a “conservative positional trader”, what is the stop loss that one should set?

For eg: Close above 250, Tgt 267 for say stock ABC. And for a conservative trader taking a trade at EOD close of say 251, what SL should he/she set? (For aggresive traders, you have mentioned in your article that a stop loss of 1% from Trigger price should be set and then any EOD above/below trigger, the trade needs to be closed out.)

What is the entry point stop loss for conservative traders?

    Regards,
